Entiendo que lo mejor es que directamente compre usted y su padre le done el dinero, de tal forma que pagará en la Agencia Tributaria Foral. Solo tendrá un gasto de notario y registro, y un gasto por impuestos (el de compraventa y el la donación).

Mi situation es la siguiente. Yo vivo en el Reino Unido desde hace 11 años y por lo tanto no efectuo declaración de la renta en España.

Mi padre, residente en Vizcaya, desea comprar una propiedad en Cantabria por un valor de €42.000 y ponerla a mi nombre.

Tendria que escriturar a su nombre y después donarme la propiedad? La Hacienda Foral de Vizcaya me ha informado que si la propiedad estuviese en el Pais Vasco el porcentaje por donación seria del 1.5%. Pero al estar la casa situada en Cantabria, se aplicaría un porcentaje diferente?

Tendria que pagar yo como nueva propietaria de la vivienda en concepto de ganancia patrimonial? Como se calcularía esto?
